Find your future at Revvity Job Summary Bottling Technicians for our BMIA group at BioLegend will be responsible for processing product formulations, filling, capping, labeling, and completing batch records, and putting away Finished Good Inventory (FGI). This is a highly team-oriented group which involves working closely with other core teams within the BMIA Departments (LEGENDplex and ELISA) as well as other departments such as Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Custom Solution Team (CST), Packaging, MCI, and Quality Control groups. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assist in performing various bottling related tasks to include dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling of vials, tubes or bottles. Formulate products per approved SOPs and work instructions. Verify formulation worksheets to ensure that information such as concentrations, lots number etc. are correct. Ability to perform simple Math calculations. Put away finished good products in their designated temperature conditions. Use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel. Provide training to others. Set-up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations. Operate computer-controlled process support/process equipment (i.e., filling line, lyophilizer, capping, labeling machines, etc.). Follow instructions for completion of job tasks. Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines Clean and maintains work area and all lab equipment and supplies. Other projects or responsibilities as may be required. Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma/GED 6 months of relevant experience in the biotech manufacturing industry and/or filling/bottling/packaging working environment; Or 6 months of non-industry, laboratory experience (e.g. academia) Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience 6 months of experience in a regulated manufacturing industry Experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products Ability to perform simple math calculations Aseptic Technique in biosafety cabinet Work Environment & Physical Demands Lab While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The base salary range for this full-time position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
