VCA Northview Animal Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic veterinary technician to join our General Medicine care team full time! Our hospital supports Surgery, Internal Medicine, the full circle support of General Practice and Wellness care, as well as Rehabilitation patients. General Medicine Veterinary Technician Duties: Technician skill utilization Ensure patients are provided gold standard medical care Anesthesia monitoring and recovery Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety is a top priority) and Digital Radiographs Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services Understanding of wellness, preventative care, and common pharmaceuticals Providing compassionate care for all patients embracing Fear Free adaptations Strong client educator Familiar with EMR Potential Schedule: Full-time Mon-Saturday. Shift times may vary but typically will be working four 10 hour shifts. No Sundays.
