What We Offer: Starting pay of $28/hour Full-time stable schedule Supportive, team-oriented environment Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement Key Responsibilities: Provide direct wound care and skin assessments to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Administer prescribed treatments such as wound dressings, topical medications, and related procedures Monitor healing progress and promptly report changes in resident conditions Document all treatment interventions accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to update and implement care plans Ensure compliance with infection control practices and all applicable regulations Educate residents and staff on basic wound care and skin integrity prevention Qualifications: Current and active LVN license in good standing with the State of California Experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred (training provided if needed) Strong documentation and assessment skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative nursing team Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Join a team thats committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care.
