Job Description The Kraft Heinz MBA Internship Program The Kraft Heinz MBA Internship Program is the primary pipeline to our MBA Leadership Program, which is designed to grow the future leaders of Kraft Heinz. This program is for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Throughout the program, MBAs will hone their understanding of our business and industry, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy here at Kraft Heinz. Whats On the Menu for the 2026 MBA Internship Program? The Kraft Heinz MBA Internship Program is a ten-week experience at our Chicago headquarters during which interns will fully own a project end-to-end, enhance key leadership skills, and add value to critical efforts rooted in our Companys growth plan. The ten-week program includes: One week of immersive onboarding to learn about our business and prepare important skills for a successful summer project Eight weeks dedicated to an impactful business project to explore new opportunities and unlock creative solutions One week of final presentations and closing reflections with our senior leadership Weekly sessions to deep dive into our values, grow as leaders, and develop a deeper understanding of our industry and strategic plans for growth Mentorship from previous MBA Leadership Program participants and senior leadership Throughout the ten weeks, Interns can also expect opportunities to: Meet our CEO, North America President, Chief People Officer, and other senior executives Participate in full-company engagements, including Town Halls, Business Resource Group event, and volunteering opportunities. What MBA Interns Work On From exploring emerging opportunities to appeal to new target audiences, to developing new innovation pipelines, to digitally revolutionizing our ability to track our supply chain in real time, to finding solutions towards our Environmental, Social and Governance goals, MBA Interns work on critical projects to propel our business forward. Projects are selected based on an Interns skillset and career aspirations, the businesss strategic priorities, and the best opportunities to be mentored by our strongest leaders.
