Position Summary... The Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy, leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive Walmarts financial and business objectives. Lead the development of high-impact, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, translating complex problems into clear, actionable plans driving business outcomes. Structure and solve ambiguous business challenges by synthesizing data, financial analysis, and strategic frameworks into recommendations. Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on priorities, inform key decisions, and ensure successful execution of critical initiatives. Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options, trade-offs, and long-term value creation. Identify and assess external disruptions, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategies and accelerate growth. Drive end-to-end ownership of strategic projects, including defining scope, managing timelines, and delivering measurable impact at scale. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related roles within complex, fast-paced environments. Proven ability to lead and structure ambiguous, high-impact problems, translating insights into actionable strategies. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and scenario planning to evaluate strategic trade-offs and inform executive decisions. Experience synthesizing inputs, including data, competitive dynamics, and internal perspectives, into compelling, executive-ready narratives. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Track record of owning and delivering large-scale, end-to-end initiatives with measurable impact. Strong business judgment and strategic thinking, with an ability to connect external trends and disruptions to enterprise priorities.
