Main Responsibilities: Drive new item distribution, merchandising, promotions, and brand equity growth to achieve assigned sales quotas and volume objectives. Build and maintain strong customer partnerships, supporting joint planning and longterm growth. Provide analytical support using accountlevel, national, panel, and consumer data to support planning, promotion evaluation, business reviews, and decisionmaking. Manage sales forecasting accuracy and communicate demand internally to support production and supply planning. Own customerlevel P&L, including special events budgets, spending accuracy, redemptions, and monthly evaluations in accordance with company policy. Execute merchandising objectives through effective planogram placement while monitoring competitive activity and merchandising practices. Prepare and manage reports, deductions, returns, damages, and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely communication to management. About You: Bachelors degree from an accredited college required with a focus in business preferred. 3+ years proven sales experience in a related position with direct account responsibility. National Account Experience is required/Target experience is preferred. 3+ years experience utilizing Nielsen or IRI syndicated data; excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actionable insights. Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft business software to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. This position requires the ability to travel and have overnight stays occasionally.
