Senior Business Process Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the team in Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; or North Charleston, SC. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a specialist to join the Supply Chain Digital Transformation team focused on implementing SAP S/4 as BCAs new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for Supply Chain functions. Position Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and execute a repeatable data conversion process and toolset Define the scope, dependencies, and sequence of data conversion objects Identify the conversion method and timing for each data object Ensure a consistent approach for data conversion and cleansing, with clear tasks, deliverables, and responsibilities Ensure business data is properly cleansed, constructed, and converted into target systems Migrate data according to agreed milestones and expectations Focus on producing production-like data that can also be used for testing wherever possible Partner with technical teams to define integration requirements, middleware interfaces, data mappings and support integration testing Drive workshops, fitgap sessions, and process validation with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders Design endtoend business processes that integrate supply chain systems Create test plans, support System Integrated Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot defects, and ensure business signoff on functional deliverables Contribute to cutover planning, golive readiness, training materials, and postgolive stabilization activities Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience leading a cross functional team 5+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP implementations 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Support System Analysis, Spares, Provisioning, Technical Data, Training, Maintenance/Modifications and Support Equipment 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning 5+ years of experience in Business Process and/or Services Modeling 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelors Degree or higher 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Forecasting, Planning, Reporting, Analytics and Supply Chain processes 5+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design 5+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support) 3+ years of experience with Project Management/leading teams Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
