Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dietary Cook to join our culinary team. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing nutritious and appetizing meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents. Your work will directly contribute to the health, comfort, and satisfaction of those in our care. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines. Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas. Collaborate with dietary staff and Registered Dietitians to accommodate special diets. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or institutional kitchen preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
