Job Description: Executive Assistant Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. The Role In this role you will provide support to senior level leaders in Fidelity Compliance and collaborate with peers as part of an Executive Administrative function. The administrative team at Fidelity plays a meaningful role in the company's success, and individuals serving in these positions are key members of their group, department, or organizational team. While you will report to the head of FI Compliance, you will work directly with and provide support to other senior leaders on the Fidelity Compliance leadership team, and their leadership teams. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Proven experience supporting senior leaders, and ideally supporting multiple leaders simultaneously. Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. The ability to successfully interact with all levels of senior management, business partners, and associates. Polished executive assistant skills with professional maturity and a high level of confidentiality. Experience managing multiple calendars and travel schedules, including support for scheduling complex meetings, booking domestic and international travel, event planning, and handling expense reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Teams, Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.), and the ability and eagerness to develop expertise in other programs as needed. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new technology. Effective time management skills, with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, reacting and thinking quickly. A self-starter, able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership, involvement, and resolve. Comfort in seeking clarification or resolution when asked to assist with problem solving or troubleshooting issues. A flexible teammate, willing to get involved and assist the work of the larger team across a variety of other duties, including backing-up peers. The Team FI Compliance supports all of the businesses within FI, including Fidelity Capital Markets, IWMS, and WAMS, among many others, as well as OSG, CE, Digital Brokerage Services, and Green Pier Fintech. FI Compliance is part of Fidelity Compliance. Fidelity Compliance is dedicated to protecting Fidelitys customers, associates, and brand by helping our businesses manage regulatory, operational, and financial risks. Fidelitys Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $92,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
