Job Description: Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Restaurant Front of House Manager. We are an innovative and growing restaurant group, looking for individuals who are creative, ambitious, and passionate about food and people. This position reports to and works cohesively with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to provide incredible dining experiences for our guests, and to guide and direct the FOH service team. What We Are Looking For Our ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a high volume and full service restaurant setting, along with evening and weekend availability. Exposure to P&L reporting, inventory procedures, and strong food and beverage knowledge is preferred. We are offering an annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
