Position Summary... What you'll do... The Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This role drives accountability, monitors progress, and ensures alignment with business objectives while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. By leveraging data and strategic insights, this position delivers impactful solutions that enhance service and product capabilities, ensuring successful program outcomes and contributing to Walmarts commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. About the team: The Walmart Data Ventures team focuses on unlocking the full potential of Walmarts data by developing and delivering B2B data solutions that enable merchants and suppliers to make informed, timely decisions. This team drives the transformation of data productization from concept through deployment, collaborating across functions to meet business goals. Program Managers are accountable for managing complex programs, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving processes. The team values clear communication, strategic planning, and leadership to support innovation and operational excellence in a dynamic environment. What you'll do: Drive cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams by defining scope, roadmaps, and milestones. Lead execution by managing dependencies, risks, and critical paths while removing blockers and driving accountability. Monitor program health using KPIs and data insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement. Coordinate quarterly planning, goal setting, and executive reporting to ensure alignment and transparency. Prepare senior-ready communications, business reviews, and stakeholder updates. Build strong, trust-based relationships to influence without authority and maintain operational rigor, compliance, and documentation standards. What you'll bring: Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with clear structure, ownership, and measurable outcomes. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority and build trust across teams. Ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-moving environments, balancing multiple workstreams with clarity and focus. Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and ROI to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
