What You will Do Perform high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Inspect and evaluate vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards. Document repair recommendations and completed work with precision. Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience. Stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology. What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience Subaru experience preferred (but not required) ASE certifications a plus Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $48,200.00 to $158,700.00, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
