Sign on Bonus Keystone Human Services is seeking a full time Area Supervisor to join our team in supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability. The Area Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of assigned programs, ensuring the successful achievement of financial, personnel, and programmatic goals. This role partners closely with clinical teams, families, and leadership to deliver effective and compliant services. $5000 Sign-on bonus as eligible per incentive guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff Lead team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams Participate in leadership and management meetings to drive program strategy Support program development and problem-solving initiatives Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes Monitor program documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for individuals supported Serve as Incident Management point person for assigned programs Assist with budget development and monitor program expenses Maintain program productivity and utilization standards Support referral assessment and placement decisions Maintain strong communication with families/guardians regarding care planning and updates Represent the organization in community engagement and public speaking opportunities Participate in county and service area planning activities Ensure proper staffing levels and on-call coverage as needed Qualifications: Education & Experience (One Required) High school diploma or equivalent and six years of relevant experience Associates degree and four years of relevant experience Bachelors degree and two years of relevant experience Masters degree and one year of relevant experience Internal Candidates Only: High school diploma or equivalent plus four years of experience in related field or three years in a Program Supervisor position Additional Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience Experience with regulatory compliance preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to learn and utilize web-based systems and documentation tools Valid drivers license and access to properly insured vehicle Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
