Production Operator I

Job Summary We are currently looking for Production Operators in Dayton, NJ. Production Operators are responsible for the manufacturing and production processes that create Taste products for our customers on a global scale. We have openings for second shift(3:30pm to 11:50pm) & third shift roles (11:30pm-7:50am) Job Description: The Production worker reports to the Senior Team Lead. The duties of the Production worker are, but not limited to: Follow the paperwork (Batch sheet) for compounding batch accurately and timely fashion. Use of different equipment like mixing equipment, filtration equipment, scales, handling equipment etc. Repack Raw Materials from warehouse for making batches. Fill the batch in appropriate packing as per paperwork. Process all data of paperwork (Batch sheet) in the system like SAP at every stage like compounding/Filling for maintain inventory. Keep work area clean and maintain safety & food safety. Required Skill: Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, effectively working with other members of the team Previous manufacturing experience and handling chemical is preferred Ability to lift 50lbs without difficulty Ability to weigh ingredients accurately utilizing tools such as floor scale and bench scales Capable of wearing full-face respirator when required for handling of specific material Candidate should be computer literate, with the ability to navigate between different windows and transactions High school diploma or GED required Forklift training is preferred SAP knowledge and experience is preferred Must be able to work on weekend when needed to complete customer orders that are We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
