As an LVN, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality nursing care while helping residents achieve their highest level of health, comfort, and independence. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional long-term and rehabilitative care. Qualifications Current and active California LVN license. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
