About the team: The Knowledge Management team plays a critical role in supporting Walmart Marketplace by developing clear and effective internal documentation that empowers contact center associates to assist sellers efficiently. Members contribute to continuous improvement by integrating innovative practices and maintaining strong partnerships across functions. What you'll do: Provide technical guidance and support to Coordinators, ensuring adherence to content standards and quality. Develop and deliver internal content materials, including procedures, messages, talking points, FAQs, presentations, and promotional content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute global internal content projects. Research and incorporate innovative communication practices and technologies to enhance effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify needs and implement business solutions. Support continuous improvement by monitoring progress, adapting to changes, and promoting company values and ethics. Strong writing and multimedia skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize content from diverse sources. Experience providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to communication standards and best practices.
