Your responsibilities include: Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answering phones, scheduling, confirming, and future-booking appointments Calling clients for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients Presenting and processing payments and explaining service fees Recommending products, services, and wellness plans Signing up clients for the MyVCA app and online pharmacy Educating clients on general pet care topics (heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, etc.) Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the hospital is clean and welcoming Providing care for hospital pets as needed Our CSRs are the first and last impression our clients and patients have and we take great pride in that responsibility!
