This role ensures compliance with the 60-day Medicaid benchmark, provides leadership and guidance to UR Coordinators, standardizes UR procedures, aligns internal policies with TJC and CMS standards, and supports staff during transitions or departmental shortages. As part of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), GMH provides inpatient psychiatric care and substance abuse treatment to individuals from all 77 counties across the state.
