What We Offer Competitive pay: $28$35/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Reliable hours available Opportunity to transition into full-time roles Supportive, team-oriented rehab environment Access to opportunities within our broader network Position Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services that improve residents mobility, strength, and overall function. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment plans Assist residents with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required) Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient-centered care Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
