Café Manager - The Morning Joint Café, also known as Mojos. Located at Grayhawk Golf Club At Mojos, we pride ourselves on serving high-quality coffee, fresh juices, and delicious breakfast and lunch options. Our cozy atmosphere and friendly staff create a welcoming environment for our customers. We're looking for an experienced Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our shop. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, juice bar, and kitchen. - Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. - Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handle cash management and financial reporting. - Foster a positive and engaging work environment for staff. Qualifications: - Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Passion for coffee, juices, and healthy food. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
