Game Night Ticket Office help Department: Athletics Location: Mohawk Harbor Rink Supervisor: Erin Zannella Work Available: Days, Nights, Weekends Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr Number of Positions available: 15 Essential Responsibilities & Duties: Work games & department events on weekends Assist with ticket sales for both Ice Hockey and Football in addition to will call, ticket scanning, ushers, etc. Assist the general public with ticket sales and credit card transactions Assist with game night promotions as needed Qualifications: Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays Phone etiquette for taking telephone ticket orders & general inquiries Basic computer knowledge Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to relate to people of all ages Reliability and confidentiality are important Flexibility and the willingness to do a variety of tasks Strong attention to detail, especially when taking orders and performing credit card transactions *This position will mainly work weekends at the Mohawk Harbor Events Center* Location: Schenectady, NY E-Verify Participation: Union College participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States.
