Principal Product Manager, Agents for Good Blackbaud is looking for an experienced product manager to launch and scale our brand-new agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This is a rare opportunity to operate with the energy and creativity of a startup inside an established public company focused on supporting the organizations, institutions, and corporations that drive social impact. In this role, you will join Blackbauds Agentic AI team and be responsible for taking our first agentic product to market, building a short- to medium-term roadmap for improvement, and leading the development and launch of future agentic products. Youll drive execution, own the roadmap, and obsess over delivering customer value through personalized, outcome-driven automation. About the role As Principal Product Manager for Agentic AI, you will lead the launch of 0-to-1 agentic products, shape the roadmap for future agentic offerings, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. Youll obsess over delivering customer value through personalized, outcome-driven automation, and collaborate closely with Go to Market (GTM) and Sales teams to ensure alignment and readiness. What youll do: Drive the development and launch of Blackbaud agentic AI products from concept to market readiness. Develop and own the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business objectives. Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes. Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver measurable value. Partner with engineering, design, program management, and other stakeholders to execute product strategy and deliver high-impact solutions. Work closely with GTM and Sales teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and readiness align with customer needs and business goals. Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, inspiring teams with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment. Own multiple product initiatives, guiding teams from ideation through validation, delivery, and delight. Prioritize product backlogs and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Track product metrics, analyze customer outcomes, and iterate on features and processes to drive step-function improvements in satisfaction and adoption. Stay informed about market trends and competitive offerings to ensure Blackbauds agentic AI solutions remain differentiated and valuable. What we'll want you to have: 8+ years experience in Product Management, ideally with exposure to AI, automation, or SaaS platforms. Proven success in leading 0-to-1 product launches and scaling early-stage products. Experience managing the maturation of platforms that support machine learning or automation at scale. Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to run multiple initiatives and interact with all levels of an organization. Data-driven decision-making and financial acumen. Experience with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with data management and analytics tools. Passion for social impact and empowering mission-driven organizations. The starting base pay is $117,200.00 to $157,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
