JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Intensive In-Home Therapist Location: This position supports Davidson, Wilson, Rutherford and Williamson Counties. This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 $55,200 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. In this rewarding role, you will provide intensive individual and family therapy to youth ages 318 in their homes and community settings. You will use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, family therapy, and play therapy to stabilize behaviors, strengthen family systems, and prevent higher levels of care such as hospitalization or residential placement. This position offers Sign On Bonus! - $5,000 Employee Assistance Program 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost Mileage Reimbursement Company paid for work functions requiring travel Employee Discounts Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition Licensure Supervision - complimentary for LMSW's, PLPC's, PLMFT's Additional income opportunities - production incentives Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities: Provide intensive in-home and community-based individual and family therapy to youth facing behavioral health challenges Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, TF-CBT, family therapy, play therapy) to support symptom stabilization and family functioning Manage a caseload of approximately six families while delivering at least three therapy sessions per week per family Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families to foster engagement and long-term success Collaborate with supervisors and team members during regular supervision and clinical meetings Complete timely, accurate web-based documentation from flexible locations Support families in developing coping strategies, communication skills, and sustainable support systems Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and adherence to clinical best practices Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: Masters degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field License-eligible in respective discipline preferred (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, etc.) OR Masters degree in a related field with: At least 24 graduate-level semester hours in behavioral health-related coursework Coursework and experience in assessment, treatment planning, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis Two (2) years of post-degree clinical experience required Experience in child/adolescent therapy and family systems preferred Additional Qualifications: Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving requirements Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Passion for community-based therapy, behavioral health, and family services Ability to engage diverse populations with cultural sensitivity and professionalism Physical Requirements Sit for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time) Stand occasionally (approximately 10% of the time) Perform occasional bending, kneeling, and squatting Drive regularly to client homes and community-based sessions Lift and carry items occasionally as needed Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $0.00--$0.00 Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
