About the team: The team leads complex projects in electric vehicles, depots, and automated parcel delivery systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They manage construction schedules, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating across departments to maintain compliance and successful delivery. Emphasizing strategic planning, risk management, and effective communication, the team drives operational excellence and timely completion. Members focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and leadership development, fostering a results-oriented environment that supports sustainable growth and upholds company values. What you'll do: Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking reports, and approving payments, change orders, and invoices. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by establishing and monitoring contractor performance standards and addressing noncompliance. Manage multiple construction projects, coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts, and liaising with municipalities and public officials. Collaborate with facility management to align project scope and timelines, minimizing operational impact and ensuring milestone achievement. Monitor site activities to verify quality, schedule adherence, and timely resolution of outstanding issues. Lead and develop teams through training, mentoring, and performance management. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project effectiveness and implementing best practices. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
