Title: Senior Financial Analyst FP&A Retail Pharmacy Description: The Senior Financial Analyst will be focused on providing analytical support for our Retail Rx FP&A team, to drive actionable business insights. The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly analysis. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of financial/corporate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Superior analytical and communication skills are equally important in this role, as you will be interacting with senior management on a regular basis. This is a highly visible role in providing senior management with the information needed to make critical business decisions. Responsibilities include: Perform pharmacy margin analytics related to business performance and profitability trends Support the development of the annual budget and periodic forecast deliverables Maintain and improve complex financial models used to project short- and long-term sales and gross margin performance Act as a key liaison between Finance and various business units to ensure that financial forecasts align with current trends and market conditions Help support the long-term financial planning process and other strategic initiatives Provide analytical support for ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management and as opportunities present themselves Requirements: 2 - 3+ years of finance experience Preferred: 4+ years of finance experience Knowledge of finance and accounting principles Microsoft Excel experience using functions such as PivotTables, INDEX() formulas, Filters, etc. Microsoft Access and PowerPoint experience SAP experience a plus Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Excellent analytical and communication skills at all levels The ability to work independently and as a team player Prior SQL experience is preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
