Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a/an Process Engineer located in Milpitas CA. Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering the Process Engineer is responsible for the manufacturing processes for individual components for use in consumer imaging systems. What a typical day looks like: Designs, implement and evaluate manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications, tooling and equipment requirement and provide Design for Manufacturing feedback. Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer. Develop and maintain process documentation up-to-date and in accordance with customer ECO's; determine and help with designing tooling or manufacturing aided fixtures. Implement statistical process analysis to help improve process yield improvement and elimate defects. The experience were looking to add to our team, Minimum B.S. Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 1-2 years specific hands-on manufacturing process experience. Prefer prior experience with High Power Distirbution Unit manufacturing experience. Prefer prior experience with Wire Harness Process manufacturing experience. Experience with SolidWorks.
