Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Coordinator completes the cash application of all checks, wire transfers, EFT/ACH, and credit card payments to appropriate customer accounts receivable or general ledger accounts. Responsible for processing credit only, credit and rebill, bill only transactions. The coordinator will work with customer service, sales, collections and other groups as required to accurately process these transactions in a timely manner while complying with processing guidelines, contractual and revenue/SOX compliance. Additional responsibility for researching payments, processing refunds, and special projects as needed. Essential Functions Cash application to appropriate accounts. Processing credit card payments. Review and mail invoices daily. Research checks and contact banks as needed. Processing all credit only, bill only and credit/rebill transactions (non-inventory related). These transactions will be processed through the AR and Order Management Modules in Oracle Cloud and SAP. Responsible for accurate, efficient and timely processing of these transactions as well as obtaining the necessary approvals. Utilize judgement and take ownership to ensure timely resolution of issues. Research customer credit balances and process refund requests if warranted. Consistently demonstrates an unparalleled work ethic and customer-focused attitude. Identify process issues and suggest changes to improve response time, accuracy and data reliability. Additional tasks and projects as needed. Required/Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required At least 2 years related experience preferred in accounts receivable, order management or similar support/functions Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high volume and fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail. Understanding of the order to-cash processes in Oracle Cloud, SAP or similar ERP systems. Preferred experience in a high complex order-processing environment with a strong understanding of cross-functional impacts of transactions. High sense of urgency to achieve goals, results driven, customer focused (both internal and external), strong communication skills, willing to learn, works well under pressure and a team player. Ability to work additional and flexible hours to support the business during month/quarter ends and other times as needed.
