About the Role: As Wait Staff at The Worthington, you will: Communicate in a caring and cheerful manner with residents, family members, and other staff. Work effectively within a team, receiving and offering feedback as needed. Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas to create a welcoming environment. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in food service is beneficial but not required. Skills: Basic written and verbal communication skills. Basic point of sales and computer software experience. Ability to carry out instructions with basic oversight and guidance. Attributes: Strong customer service mindset. Team player who fosters and promotes a positive working culture. Passion for food, senior care, and working in a fast-paced environment.
