Position Overview: Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. The CSR is the first friendly face our clients see and a key part of delivering an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and loves both people and pets.
