Summary HUB International is currently seeking a Benefits Analyst to provide technical support to a client service team in a tiered business unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism; possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment; and the flexibility to easily adapt to changing priorities. Job Duties Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients and account management team Prepare compliance annual notices Maintain electronic filing and required data in Benefit Point (agency management system) and internal shared drive Prepare, print, and, in some cases, deliver Benefits at a Glance materials (BAGs) to clients Provide general administrative support to the service team Work on special projects or duties as assigned by management Develop and maintain effective working relationships in liaison role with insurance company contacts (underwriters, sales, and service representatives) and client contacts Support the client service team on the marketing submission (RFP) process · Secure all necessary information to effectively market a prospective client or renew existing client · Request data from insurance carriers (claim reports, geo analysis, network effectiveness) · Evaluate pertinent claims data; report or quantify as required by team leader · Review proposals and create detailed benefit analysis comparison of renewal, cost and options for proposals to the employer to choose the best plan alternative for presentation · Maintain accessible, detailed marketing files on clients and prospects work-in-process, and required follow-up · Confer with Team Leader regarding marketing results; discuss differences in premium rates, coverage, and other terms and conditions of quotations · Monitor and track final benefits and rates sold/renewed ·Coordinate marketing activities; copy and mail RFPs; follow up and log quotes · Follow-up with markets to receive quotes in a timely manner Qualifications 1-2 years of prior professional work experience High school diploma required Bachelors degree or higher preferred Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational and prioritization skills High attention to detail essential Demonstrated ability to multi-task Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within three to six months of employment) The compensation range for this non-exempt position is a rate of $26.44 to $29.81 per hour. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office. The posting end date is August 15, 2026. This may change depending on the volume of applicants.
