SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS: Full-time schedule within operating hours of MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM. WHAT YOULL DO: Deliver Member Support: Manage primarily inbound calls while supporting outbound campaigns when volume allows in a blended environment. Resolve member concerns with urgency, professionalism, and follow-through to ensure a positive member experience. Identify Needs & Recommend Solutions: Review credit, ask thoughtful questions, identify financial needs, and recommend lending and other BECU solutions that deepen relationships and deliver long-term member value. Own the Lending Process: Complete lending applications, gather required documentation, ensure accuracy, and guide loans from origination through funding while achieving strong application-to-funding results. Manage Volume & Pipeline: Balance a high-volume pipeline, including follow-ups and outbound outreach, maintaining focus and consistency across multiple touchpoints. Provide Lending Expertise: Serve as a subject matter resource for consumer, business, and real estate lending products and processes while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and lending requirements. A collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on learning, development, and member impact. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business or equivalent experience. Minimum two years of financial service sales experience, or three years combined experience with outbound sales and financial services. Comply with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary. Desired Qualifications: Experience in a contact center, financial services, or sales environment that requires managing a high-volume pipeline of member interactions. Solid understanding of the sales process and how to manage a sales pipeline efficiently. Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate. Successful completion of the consumer loans and member service training program with a minimum of one year of experience as a Member Consultant (including loan interviewing, funding and processing) within BECU or another financial institution. Effective analytical skills and math skills with a high degree of accuracy. Experience in originating Lending Applications.
