Full Job Description

The Village Animal Clinic is looking for new members for our reception/assistant team for our popular veterinary practice. Applicants should be experienced in delivering top-notch client service, should enjoy working with the public and their pets, and should be able to work effectively and supportively as a team member. Experience with veterinary practice and strong computer skills are preferred, but attitude, ability, and enthusiasm are our highest priorities. Enjoying a challenge, being able to multitask, and making clients feel important and warmly welcomed are essential personality traits. We offer great career opportunities. Salary range starts at $17.00/hour for entry-level and $19.00 for experienced applicants. Our benefit package includes: medical insurance with a substantial employer contribution, dental & vision insurance; employer-paid disability insurance; IRA retirement savings; employee pet discounts; and continuing education. We have one full-time position available. Job Duties Include but not limited to: Answering phones. Communicate with clients and doctors. Scheduling appointments. Managing digital records.
