Position Overview The Production Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality, and safety objectives. This role supports day-to-day manufacturing activities, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. Production Operators play a critical role in ensuring products meet H.B. Fullers quality standards and customer expectations. Primary Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions Perform routine quality checks and accurately document results Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate concerns as appropriate Complete production records, documentation, and system entries in a timely and accurate manner Assist with material handling, staging, and basic inventory control activities Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team and site goals Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience operating automated manufacturing or chemical processing equipment Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting capabilities Forklift certification Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $23.00 $26.00 per hour (based on experience). In addition to your salary, H.B.
