What Youll Do Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision. Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life. Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters. Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections. Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections. Uphold company ethics and safety standards. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Ability to read and write in English. Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools. 2+ years of welding experience (preferred). Strong understanding of safety protocols. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting. Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually. Ready to Build Your Future?
