About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Mid-Corporate PM Senior Financial Analyst in Commercial Banking working with clients whose annual revenues starting from $500MM and up supporting the West market. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. #commercialbanking In this role, you will: Assist with the underwriting and execution of financing transactions, including completion of due diligence, financial modeling, credit analysis, and drafting credit approval memorandums Analyze a wide range of detailed information (lender presentations, management presentations, and financial statements & projections, third party reports, etc.) Research complex financial and credit information for commercial businesses according to business unit standards Aid in the presentation of transactions to senior management in a clear and concise manner with well-reasoned support Review all pertinent documentation to ensure transactions are documented and approved per policy Help with the development and execution of company-wide strategic initiatives, via specialized project work and/or assignments Integrate AI tools into underwriting and portfolio workflows to streamline research, accelerate production, and drive innovation and efficiency Required Qualifications, US: 2+ years of Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data Ability to perform in depth commercial financial statement analysis Knowledge and understanding of debt and equity capital markets Completion of a formal credit training program Underwriting experience Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including using Excel for financial analysis and projection modeling Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including ability to present to decision makers and customers in a professional and confident manner Experience with nCino A BS/BA degree or higher Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
