What Youll Do: Provide daily care and support to residents in line with their individualized care plans. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Help residents during mealtimes and track food/fluid intake as needed. Monitor and report changes in residents conditions to the nursing team. Maintain clean, comfortable, and safe environments for all residents. Uphold residents rights and privacy while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate closely with nurses, other CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure top-quality care. What Were Looking For: Active California CNA certification and in good standing. A compassionate attitude and strong communication skills. Dependability, teamwork, and a genuine passion for helping others. Prior experience in long-term care is a plusbut not required!
