Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 4:00am - 2:30pm What you will do: As a Production Associate I, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by preparing, assembling, testing, inspecting, and verifying electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products across one or more production lines while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures. Perform advanced assembly tasks such as UV bonding, soldering, crimping, and stent loading Maintain clean room standards and ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing requirements Build products according to certified processes while meeting production goals and metrics Complete documentation, verify information, and maintain accurate manufacturing records Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and support continuous improvement initiatives Handle, inspect, transport, and store components and finished devices safely and accurately Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, execute validations, and assist with engineering evaluations Train and certify team members, support document corrections, and meet schedule and overtime requirements What you need: Preferred Qualifications High School or GED 1+ years of Manufacturing or Medical Device Experience Clean room Experience $21.25/hr plus bonus eligible + benefits Travel Percentage: 0% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
