Are you looking for an entry-level opportunity where your career can take off? Daher Aerospace, family-owned and operated in 13 countries with a rich history dating back to 1863, is seeking mechanically inclined individuals for our next Sheet Metal Mechanic Entry Level Class beginning on/around December 8, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for on-the-job training that can start you on an exciting career path in aviation manufacturing! As a Daher employee, you will participate in our comprehensive 6-week training program, with in-class and hands-on training, be assigned a mentor, and upon successful completion, earn your Level One Sheet Metal Mechanic rank. Primary Role and Responsibilities: Maintain, modify, and install aircraft sheet metal and composite components. Fabricate and rework complex structural assemblies. Use precision measuring devices to ensure quality standards. Perform inspections and maintain accurate work records. Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications. What you need to have: Mechanical experience, including drills, pneumatic tools, and hand tools, must be able to demonstrate comfort level and competency using them. High School Diploma or GED. Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. Ability to work 1st and/or 2nd shift upon completion of class. Information related to the position: The compensation range is $22.28 to $24.40 per hour The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
