We are looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our client's irrigations systems work properly throughout the season to ensure lush green lawns and healthy plants and flowers. You will spend most of your day working outdoors independently, so you will need good time management skills and the ability to work safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for operational excellence and ensuring that the quality of your work meets or exceeds our client's expectations. Responsibilities: Irrigation maintenance, installation, and repairs for current clients and new construction projects Perform irrigation startups, service calls, and winterization Job site inspections to ensure quality and functionality Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Landscape Irrigation experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Understanding of complex and 2-wire systems Previous experience with pumps, boosters, and wells Strong irrigation troubleshooting skills The Perks: 401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Pay Transparency Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
