Role Responsibilities: Design and develop software which is well integrated with Applied Material tools You software is expected to add to the value of our tools by providing essential and exceptional features to our engineers. Develop software documentation and test procedures Troubleshoot a variety of difficult software problems. Design and implement bug fixes Define software specifications and test plans for simulators, test benches or the lab Communicate with internal and external customers for requirement analysis, project schedule and software troubleshooting Problem Solving Leads others to solve complex reliability problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions You will work on complex and large pre-existing codebase. You are expected to make improvements without impacting the codebase. You will be required to create new software.
