What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive profitable sales growth within the assigned territory Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with Heidelberg Materials products and services Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, volume, and margin objectives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies What Are We Looking For Strong ability to develop customer relationships and influence purchasing decisions Demonstrated business acumen with the capability to manage a sales territory effectively Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze market information and translate insights into actionable sales plans Proficiency with sales tools, technology, and reporting to manage performance and opportunities Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic field-based environment with regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
