This position will play a critical role in managing technology investments, evaluating operational performance, and supporting strategic initiatives. The individual will interact closely with technology leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven insights, and work with Central Accounting team to support the monthly close processes. How youll CREATE: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of global consolidated financial results for monthly/quarterly actual, forecast and budget reporting. Perform monthly variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods for both P&L and cash flow performance. Maintain and update the operating expenses and capital expenditure budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with Technology leadership and key stakeholders to evaluate new projects, investment, and strategic initiatives. Provide financial guidance and analysis on project spend, resource allocation, and investment health. Work with Central Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of month end actuals Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries. Support IPE (Information Produced by Entity) documentation and compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal control requirements. Assist with implementation and optimization of financial planning tools and processes. Bring your VIBE: Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting 3-5 years experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
