How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. Operate punch machine. Complete appropriate data entry/PLC machine set up. Maintain basket and pallet washer chemical concentration. Conduct aseptic cheese sampling. Operate Natamycin bath and maintain concentration. Stack aging baskets. Monitor and complete punch machine needle checks. Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals and conduct concentration checks. Maintain 701 or 704. Washer chemical concentration. Conduct aseptic cheese sampling. Stack aging baskets. Requires regular attendance. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand instructions. Proficient in use of the computer. Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills. Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices. Compliance with food safety policies. Follow GMPs and SOPs.
