Job Details: Job Title: Operator Pay: $19-$22/hr Location: Chino, CA Job Summary We are seeking a diligent and efficient Operator to join our dynamic team at JD.com. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our facilities and processes, contributing directly to our commitment to exceptional service and delivery. Job Responsibilities * Monitor and operate various machinery, equipment, and systems according to established procedures and safety guidelines. * Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues. * Record operational data accurately, including production metrics, equipment readings, and maintenance activities. * Respond promptly to alarms, malfunctions, and operational deviations, troubleshooting issues and escalating to appropriate personnel when necessary. * Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures. * Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a productive and organized work environment. * Assist in the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and products as required. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. Job Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience as an operator in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar industrial environment is preferred. * Ability to understand and follow complex instructions and procedures. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate. * Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in an operational setting.
