About the role Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for Group Fitness Instructors to join the fitness team on campus in Cambridge, MA. This is a part-time position teaching up to 3 classes per week. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $30 - $50/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
