What Youll Do Lead your infant or toddler classroom with warmth, creativity, and excellence Mentor assistant teachers and model The Gardner Schools core values Build lasting relationships with families through communication and collaboration Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support exploration and growth Ensure classroom safety, compliance, and a joyful, nurturing environment What We Offer Competitive Pay: $19.00 $24.00 per hour, based on education and experience $1,000 Sign-On Bonus: $250 is paid after 30 days of active employment, and $750 is paid after 90 days of active employment (eligibility and participation rules apply). This position involves caring for infants and toddlers, including lifting up to 50 lbs and engaging in daily classroom activities in accordance with state licensing standards. The Gardner School is an academically focused preschool for ages 6 Weeks to 5 Years. We have created a rich learning environment that stimulates our students physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. We provide extensive training, orientation, and continuing education programs. We have locations in 8 states and are growing.
