Our team in Austin, TX is looking for a Senior Analyst Pricing and Contracting. Position will support the Vascular Capital team supporting the Coronary (CY) business unit This role is heavily focused on contract creation, negotiation, redlining, and terms management, working closely with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are structured to support business goals while minimizing risk. The ideal candidate must proactively research, analyze, and interpret data to produce substantiated recommendations and to work effectively in a high-pressure, high-demand sales support environment. What Youll Work On Lead the negotiation of business terms and conditions with external customers, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk tolerance. Review, redline, and revise contract language, collaborating with Legal and other departments (e.g., Privacy, Risk, Finance) to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracting standards. Owns contract creation from start to finish collaborative effort with sales team to define price needs, analysis to determine financial impact, execution of required internal review for price approval, documentation of proper approval, and final creation of outbound contract to end customer. Support sales teams by advising on appropriate contract frameworks and negotiating strategies. Pricing strategy development and decision making. Customer-service oriented mind frame and skill sets to support the Vascular sales teams and their contract needs while balancing needs of the corporation. Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with excellent attention to detail and effectively prioritize multiple tasks is essential. Proficient in the use of Word, and PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Salesforce and contract lifecycle management a plus. Demonstrable advanced oral and written communications skills in Excel as customized strategic analysis will need to be developed for deal modeling and customer facing analytics. Assists with training field sales team members, typically on a day-to-day, deal-to-deal basis, on tools, policies, and procedures, and contractual terms. Must be able to advise on appropriate structures from a business perspective and have a basic understanding from a legal perspective; as well as ensure there are resources and systems to support. Work with legal department and negotiate business terms for non-standard contractual language. Analyst also has a critical field support role. Create ad hoc sales reports and/or analysis as needed. Serve as a resource to the sales force when direction is needed on OEC and corporate policies and procedures regarding pricing and contracts. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 5 years 5-7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance. Contracting experience and/or pricing experience preferred.
