Dematic needs a Solution Design Project Engineer. The successful candidate will have relevant experience designing and applying large-scale material handling solutions. This includes leading design teams and managing Material Handling Equipment projects. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of mechanical design, machine controls, warehouse control software, and/or customer operations. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do in This Role: Review requirements from the customer/sales team and closely collaborate with relevant internal/external stakeholders to generate executable system concepts Lead team members, create 3D models, and generate proposal drawings to achieve concept freeze Produce material lists and project scope of work summaries.
