Posted Job Title Supply & Inventory Assistant- Part Time Job Profile Title Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt Job Description Summary At the Ryan Veterinary Hospital, patient care depends on having the right supplies available at the right time. This role is essential to keeping our hospital running smoothly behind the scenes. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically active team member to support daily inventory and supply operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout their shift and takes pride in keeping things organized and running efficiently. Job Description What Youll Do Complete cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Restock Omnicell systems to support clinical teams Unpack, organize, and distribute incoming supply deliveries Lift and move boxes and materials throughout the hospital Fulfill internal stock orders across departments Maintain central supply and inventory systems Physical Requirements (Important for Success in This Role) Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly (e.g., bags of food, cat litter, supply boxes) Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks, including unpacking and stocking inventory Schedule & Availability Part-time position Shifts are 5 hours, scheduled either 9:00 AM 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM 5:00 PM Minimum of 2 days per week, with the potential for up to 4 days Weekly schedule can be consistent, but flexibility between shift times is required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 12 years of experience in inventory, stocking, warehouse, or similar hands-on roles preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School School of Veterinary Medicine Pay Range $7.25 - $15.00 Hourly Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidates qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the jobs level.
