Job Title People Leader Partner (Cambridge, MA) Job Description The People Leader Partner is responsible for several People Leaders within a Business, Region or Function (B/R/F) who are based in multiple geographies. The role works closely with their respective People Business Partner to ensure the People Leaders successfully execute the B/R/F workforce strategy, People Strategy and that their teams have clear accountabilities and capabilities to deliver on their goals and KPIs in line with global/local policies and guidelines and tools. In addition, you will engage with the local People Partner in case of specific legal limitations or local labor law requirements and will support people leaders in understanding the ways of working within the People Function Operating Model, while personally being an advocate and role model. Your role: Partner with People leaders in Enterprise Finance to ensure organizational capability by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent with potential for greater impact, and build capacity for People Leaders to effectively lead transformation and navigate change. Conduct exit interviews for select critical roles (CG70 and below) and incorporate feedback into team priorities and leadership strategies. Provide coaching to People Leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities, fostering high-performing teams Enable People Leaders to drive impactful performance management aligned with global philosophy and local guidelines, fostering employee growth and development by setting clear responsibilities and goals, holding regular performance discussions and guiding managers within their scope with handover to local People Partners if needed. Ensure leaders adhere to directions from People Partner teams in various countries, maintaining compliance and adherence to cultural norms. Partner with People Leaders to role model our culture of impact with care, manage team engagement, act on feedback from Employee Engagement Surveys, and ensure efficient onboarding of new team members using global resources. Align organizational structures with business needs and operational workforce plans, optimizing costs through effective position management, including grading of CG70 roles and below as required. Design people impact assessments and strategies for business transformation initiatives, ensuring leadership buy-in and smooth planning for activation with local People Partners. Represent business context in discussions with unions or workers councils to ensure local compliance and implement appropriate handoffs to local People Partners for cases requiring legal advice, such as performance improvement plans and reorganizations. Manage medium complex environments in terms of number and diverse set of businesses/functions and/or countries served, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and applying independent judgment when necessary. You're the right fit if: Youve acquired 3+ years of experience in People Partnering or similar roles, preferably in a regional or global environment or 2+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent. Your skills include a proven ability to coach, develop, and influence People Leaders, while fostering a culture of high performance and leadership excellence. You have experience leading organizational change, business transformation, and People Initiatives that deliver measurable impact. You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $105,000- $166,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
